I haven't posted in a a week or so. I went up another pound but my measurements are going down. I just got done with the rest week, so I'm back to working out with weights, which I do enjoy.

Boy, I haven't blogged in a few days. I kept up with the program this week, for the most part. I could only do 1 hour of yoga and then I switched my day off. So yesterday, my day off, I got on the treadmill and walked in an upward climb. Worked my way to 7. Then did 2 minutes at 7 and then brought it down to 3 and did a minute. Repeated that for 40 minutes and cooled down. I burned 450 cals!!

I'm going to start adding cardio to the workouts. Either I'll do it before or I'll do it at night. I want to try and get 30 minutes of jogging or fast walking in. Trying to get the scale moving!!

Did not weigh myself today....needed a break!

Yesterday weigh in: 169.8.

Got to do Plymetrics today!!! I was shvitzing like anything. Burned a little over 600 cals. Tomorrow is shoulder and arms, which I like a lot because I like the way my shoulders are starting to shape up!
