Almost forgot to blog today!! Did plyometrics and burned a shitload of calories, like over 500. I hope the scale shows a loss. Why do we get so stuck on the scale? The two places I want to shrink are my boobs and belly. I'm working out, eating right and getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Trying to keep the stress to a minimum. Tomorrow I'm going on a job where they want the final transcript by the end of the day. I usually don't take these kind of jobs because the stress is so intense. It's in court so it's even harder. I'll be with another reporter and we're going to take turns with writing and then merge the file at the end of the day.
I'll be up early tomorrow doing some kind of strength training, and then the Abs. I think I'd rather do 4 P90X DVDs instead of going to work.....maybe 3!!
