Yesterday I did yoga with Tony and it was very hard, 30 minutes of down dog with various other positions, but always back to down dog. Then I got through another 30 minutes of the balancing, but that was all I could do. I will definitely do the whole DVD the next time I do it.
Today was back and legs and very challenging. I liked it a lot because instead of repeating the same leg exercises, as we always have to do two sets, he changed them a little. I know my calves are going to be sore in a few hours....
Then I did the Ab Ripper X and although I did not do "everything," I did a lot more than the last time. I make my own modifications without compromising on form and it's fine.
I burned about 530 cals yesterday and about 550 today. My brown capris, which sometimes I couldn't wear because they would be too tight across the front, were loose on me yesterday. Although my weight isn't plummeting yet, I'm probably loses some inches. Will be very interested in what my measurements will be in a month.
Can't believe I've got one more day and I've completed a week!!! BRING IT!!
