Yesterday was the official last day of the first week of P90X which was stretching. I did almost all of the stretches except a few at the end.

Today was the first day of the second week. I decided that using the bands instead of the chin bar is the way to go. Now I put the band around the chin bar so it's up high enough, so the chin bar wasn't a total waste of money. And I added a few more push ups than I had done last Monday, so I am improving...YEAH!! And, believe it or not, the Ab X was not so bad. I still can't do 25 of each and there's a few exercises I still can't do, but I can do more than last week!!

I'm looking forward to Plyometrics tomorrow and sweating. Got the wonderful period this morning, which I believe is the reason for the weight gain. My heart rate monitor showed 3,600 calories burned last week and I gain 2 pounds....WTF??? But I know the scale will be my friend this week. My clothes even by Wed and Thursday were much looser, as I said before, so it's not always going to show up on the scale. I also feel like my shoulders are looking firmer.
