OMG, I got up at 5 this morning and was downstairs ready to go at 5:15 with Tony and company! Did arms and shoulders and I was able to keep up for the most part. I am definitely feeling all of the muscles that are in my body. I was sore when I got up, but after moving around a bit, I forgot about my sore leg muscles and thinking of how sore my arms/shoulders were going to feel in the morning.
And I did some of the Ab Ripper X, also. I did exactly what Coni said, go slow and do as many as I can. At least I watched it till the end this time...hahaha!!
Tomorrow is Yoga and I'm looking forward to that.
