Today is the first day of the third week I'm on P90X. I have improved a lot from the first week. OMG, I was struggling so doing the pushups. Today I did more than last week. I challenged myself to do at least two extra on the pushup exercises. The chinups I do with the band. I'm on the blue band, which in my bands is the heaviest one. I'll probably have to start looking for heavier bands. But for right now the blue is challenging enough.

I remeasured my boobs since I had the wrong bra on yesterday. I went down a 1/2 inch...YEAH!! I'm a 38DD, and I want to wear tanks and not have my boobs be the first thing people see. I would love to get down to a 36C. That would be my ultimate.

My waist went down 1/4 inch. After remeasuring my boobs and adding up the thighs right, I have lost a total of 3 1/4 inches in two weeks. That's damn good!!

Then there's the weight. Have gained 2 pounds since I started. As Coach Coni says, the body is getting used to this type of exercise. I haven't worked out like this in my life. I'm working out 6 days a week. My goal this week is to jog on Sunday for 45 mins. We'll see what the weight does during the fourth week. I'm also following the eating plan, so that should make the scale behave better!!!:)

I feel a lot better and much stronger. I'm starting to get Michelle Obama shoulders and upper arms. There's starting to be a definition there!!

This blog is done...gotta get back to a boring dep I'm working on.
