Just got done with shoulder/chest DVD. It was definitely hard. I tried not to get intimidated. I stopped in the middle to catch my breath and continued on. I have never done that many pushups at one ever. I didn't think I would be able to.
I haven't got the chin bar up, so I put a nail in the door frame. And I guess I didn't put it in good enough or the wood wasn't strong and the darn thing came out and hit me hard in the chest....oooouch! So I had to put the band around a bar on my treadmill.
I burned 586 calories, but that included part of the Ab Ripper X, which I really could not do. Will have to ask Coni what I can do instead. I just couldn't do the moves without my back hurting.
