Today was Kenpo X and it was fun!! Burned over 500 calories again. My weight today was 168.4, which is high for me. I'm attributing it to my period. I don't feel more hungry even though I'm working out every day. My pants felt looser on me again yesterday, so I think the inches are going to reduce before the scale.

Looking forward to stretch tomorrow. Hubby putting up chin-up bar now. Starting the routine all over again on Monday.
