Today I got up at 5:15 a.m. and was downstairs by 5:30 and did P90X plyometrics. It was challenging but not impossible. I could feel my muscles in my arms and chest from yesterday's workout, so I wasn't so sure how I was going to do. But once I got going with squats, lunges and all jumps, I forgot about the pain in the other parts of my body. And when I say "pain," it's more sore than anything. Even though I didn't do much of the Ab workout, I definitely could feel the muscles in my stomach.
So tomorrow I have to get up 15 minutes earlier so I can get the ab workout in, whatever I can do. I was in a deposition from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with only 1/2 lunch, and I wasn't tired, bored, but not tired!! I'm sure I'll wake up with sore legs tomorrow, but it looks like we're doing the upper body.
